Investigate the Source and Assess the Situation
The most important step is to discover the cause of the mold infestation to ensure that it does not return after cleanup. We then have to assess the extent to which the mold has spread and or damaged the materials it is growing on.

Removal and Cleanup
We then go through the process of thoroughly removing the mold and materials that are too damaged to be salvaged. The team extensively cleans the area to prevent further damage and any health impacts for occupants.

Dry Out and Testing
The area is then dried out to stop any further infestation of mold and tested to make sure that there is not enough moisture for the mold to return to the area. If this step is not taken there is a chance that the mold could return and damage the area again.

Restoration and Construction
The final step in the process is to restore any materials that were damaged by the mold or the remediation and or rebuild what could not be salvaged. Our goal is to return the space to its original state as best we can with your health and safety in mind.
